Self-management of subscriptions: What specific functions do subscribers have to manage their subscriptions?
Subscribers can use the self-management interface to change their personal details such as name, address and contact details. They can also update subscription options, pause or reactivate their subscription and securely manage payment information. In addition, the interface allows subscribers to view their invoices and manage their purchased content.
Importing existing subscriptions: How exactly does it work? Are there any requirements for the data format or special steps? How is the correctness and completeness of the imported data ensured?
The import of existing subscribers is done via our importer. To do this, you upload a CSV file with the data of your subscribers. The requirements for the data format and the specific steps are provided in the Support Center together with sample data. After the upload, the reporting tool shows you an overview of the imported data so that you can check the correctness and completeness of the data.

For example, the DATEV export allows you to transfer sales data directly to your accounting software via CSV.
